The Law of Equalization

A universal ordering principle that unifies physical, biological, and social phenomena through a single fundamental law: the continuous equalization of energy differentials.

"Energy always dominates energy."

What is the Law of Equalization?

A scale-spanning framework — from the atom to the galaxy, from the individual to society.

Modern physics operates with conceptually separate theories for different scales: quantum mechanics for the micro-domain, relativity theory for the macrocosm, thermodynamics for energy processes. This fragmentation leads to fundamental compatibility problems.

The Law of Equalization proposes an alternative approach: a single universal principle that operates identically at all scales and requires no special physics. Energy is the primary substance, matter its carrier. Gravitation is not a pull, but pressure equalization. Time is a measurement parameter, not a dimension.

The Four Energy Laws

More fundamental than classical energy conservation — they specify the ontological nature of energy.

I

Energy cannot be created — only released from existing carriers.

II

Energy cannot be consumed — only transferred from carrier to carrier.

III

Energy cannot be destroyed — conservation is absolute.

IV

Energy never changes its form — only carriers and medium change.

The 11 Principal Theorems + Core Axiom

The complete theoretical foundation — from Universality to Metastability.

0

Universality

No special physics — only different scales, dimensions, and time progressions.

1

Energy as Primary Substance

Matter acts as carrier, storage, and condenser of energy.

2

Universal Equalization Principle

Every system strives for equalization. Natural or forced.

3

Intrinsic Energy & Intrinsic Capacity

Every system has intrinsic energy and maximum storage capacity.

4

Back-Coupling & Signature

Only back-coupling matter is perceptible. Energy signature as information carrier.

5

Media & Transfer

Energy moves through media — photons, matter — as a wave.

6

Time as Energy Measurement

Time is a measurement parameter for energy processes, not an independent dimension.

7

Gravitation as Pressure Equalization

Not a pull, but pressure from outside. Position through intrinsic energy ratios.

8

Closed Circuits

Stable systems require an open + closed circuit.

9

Perception as Interpretation

Our senses interpret energy states, not objects directly.

10

Black & White Holes

Charge states, not separate objects. Under- vs. overloaded systems.

11

Metastability

True stability only in complete equilibrium. Everything else is transition.

Critically Examined

Any seriously intended theory must face criticism. We answer the hardest questions — and honestly name what remains open.

"Gravitation has been proven to within the meter — why a new model?"
"Your formulas have 28% deviation — Kepler achieves under 1%."
"E=mc² is confirmed by atomic bombs. Where is your proof?"
"LIGO measured gravitational waves. Doesn't that refute your approach?"
"Where is the experimental proof that distinguishes your model from the standard?"

About the Author

Marco Gipp is an interdisciplinary researcher and author of the Law of Equalization. At age 16, the first idea of a "formula for calculating life" emerged. After more than 32 years of independent research, a comprehensive theoretical framework has developed that connects physics, biology, and the social sciences.
